Jason and Michelle
"Jason's proposal is unique....He planned
the proposal for 6 months.
"He went to the president of his company and asked for his
help in surprising me at the party (February 24,
2001...my parents 28th wedding anniversary).
"The president of the company & his assistant planned a
fake door prize drawing. They drew my name and called
me to the front of the room, which was filled with over
300 people. The president of the company said he
couldn't read my prize because of the small print. He
called Jason up front to read the prize. He came up
looked at the prize and said he couldn't read it
either. He needed to put his glasses on (which he
doesn't wear...he wears contacts). As he put his hand
in his pocket to pull out his glasses instead he pulled
out a box and on one knee said, "Michelle, will you marry
me?" My first reaction was, "Are you serious?" I then
immediately said, "Yes."
"We will be married on November 17, 2001."
